WHAT IS THE HYDRAFACIAL?
‘’It’s like profhilo on steroids!’’ A hydra facial is not a typical facial, there are no creams applied. A Hydrafacial is essentially a really deep cleanse of the skin using mechanical and chemical exfoliation.
The mechanical is the vortex handpiece and the chemical, is the acids that are pushed deep into the pores using the handpiece/vortex fusion technology.
Typically applying these potent acids to the skin would cause irritation and feel uncomfortable, but the Hydra fusion technology, delivers potent anti-aging serums, hyaluronic acid for hydration, and soothing agents to prevent this.

The treatment time will vary in length depending on the treatment area.
Generally, a full-face treatment takes approximately 1 hour. It’s a great treatment for those needing a quick, yet very effective, skin rejuvenation treatment that gives long-lasting results.

During the treatment, you may feel a cool, soothing scrub-like sensation.
Some also may feel a slight tingling sensation during the application of the light chemical peel but there is no discomfort with the treatment at all. It’s often described as having your face lightly massaged.

Most facials require some “downtime” because they can cause inflammation and cause your skin to look worse before getting better.
This is not the case with the HydraFacial. Instead, the treatment is safe to do before an event, wedding, or just to treat and maintain your skin.
This is because leaves your skin looking very hydrated with a nice overall “glow” to the skin. So, it’s perfect for those wanting to maintain beautifully clear skin without interfering with their everyday lives.

Following your treatment, you can expect immediate and visible improvements in skin tone and texture. The HydraFacial glow usually lasts for around a week, making it the perfect pre-event or vacation treatment. However, if you wish to reap the benefits in the long term, we recommend regular treatments.

Two days prior to your treatment we recommend that you stop applying any retinol/retinoid creams, active or acidic skin products.
Since these types of products can sometimes cause your skin to be more sensitive than usual and this may prevent you from receiving the best treatment and results.
HYDRAFACIAL LIP PERK
This is an add-on specifically for the lips. It exfoliates, hydrates and plumps lips . It enhances the appearance of dry damaged skin by reducing flaking and restoring suppleness. It helps to restore volume and re-plump the lips ,and it helps increase hydration and provide anti antioxidant properties.
HYDRAFACIAL EYE PERK
This is an add-on specifically for the eye area to give a refreshed and renewed look. It contains oat kernel to help with anti-aging and skin smoothing properties. It improves skin smoothness,clarity , overall brightness and hydration. It helps with inflammation and puffiness and boosts skin hydration.
